Who you're dealing with

PitchSide3D-Tactical Board is operated by Dijana Stojčevski PR usluge informacione tehnologije, Belgrade (Zemun), Serbia — contactable at coach@pitchside3d.com.

Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment, invoice, VAT/sales tax and refund processing, and their own Buyer Terms apply to the purchase itself alongside these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code — there is no password to set or remember. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's how anyone signs in to your account and your saved boards.

Each plan allows a limited number of devices signed in at once (shown in the App). Signing in on a new device beyond that limit signs out the device that has been idle the longest — it does not delete anything.

Free trial

New accounts get full access to the App for 7 days from the date the account is created, with no card required. After 7 days, the App locks until you subscribe — nothing you saved during the trial is deleted, and it's all there again the moment you pay.

Subscription and billing

PitchSide3D-Tactical Board Pro is billed either monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Paddle charges the payment method on file and emails you a receipt each time.

Starting a paid plan means service begins immediately — the App unlocks as soon as payment is confirmed. If a right of withdrawal would otherwise apply under your local law, you agree that we may begin performing the service right away and that this right ends once the App is unlocked for you.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from "Manage billing" inside the App, which opens your Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our refund policy for money back on a recent payment.

Acceptable use

One account is for one coach or one club's own use. Please don't:

• Share a single login across an entire club or team beyond the device limit of your plan.
• Attempt to bypass, disable or reverse engineer the trial limits, watermarking or licence checks.
• Resell, rent out or provide the App as part of your own paid service without our written agreement.
• Use the App in a way that disrupts it for other coaches, or upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this, with notice where reasonably possible.

Your content

Formations, plans, matches, logos and anything else you create or upload in the App remain yours. We store it to provide the service (so it syncs across your devices) and don't use it for anything else. If you delete your account, your stored board data is deleted with it.

Service availability

We aim to keep the App available and improve it over time, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as the product develops. We'll try to give notice of anything that meaningfully removes a capability you're paying for.

Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to any consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of the country where you live. Paddle's own Buyer Terms separately govern the purchase transaction itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App evolves. If a change is significant, we'll email account holders before it takes effect. Contact coach@pitchside3d.com with any questions.
